Plans have been unveiled for a major new development that will help revitalise Elgin High Street.
An award winning Buckie based residential care home provider has been awarded a contract by The Highland Council to build and operate two new multi-million pound, state of the art care homes in the north.
Stuart Roberts, Managing Director for Corporate Finance Advisory Business at Quayle Munro, is to join infrastructure, support services and construction group, Robertson as Group Finance Director.
Joining the main group board, Stuart will start with the Stirling based company at the end of January.
